Boy, that was quite the ordeal, How is everything working now? We are glad you got it worked out. We knew they weren’t a shore power only RV, Ya it was an ordeal especially when I was told we couldn't run off battery. I won't be able to believe the KZ customer support much anymore. We think we are able to run off of battery. We were able to get everything to run at the dealers. We're camping locally with shore power this week and will run off of battery for part of the time checking out things. We've got a Victron Battery monitor so we'll be able to monitor the battery as we try things out. I'm hoping it will be fine but they did a bypass with a 10 gauge wire and 30 amp fuse direct to the monitor panel. Glad we bought the extended warranty on the TT.

Well... it's not fixed. Grrrr Got home and left camper in driveway to unload. Went to pull in the main slide on battery and it took us 5 times to get it in (at least we got the slide in). Monitor panel kept going out. So will be calling dealer in the morning. We did take the slides in and out on battery before we left and thought we were fine. I believe they still have not replaced the monitor panel circuit boards maybe that will be next but at least we are able to camp with short power and had a great weekend. So frustrating to have a great TT but to have this challenge.

Thanks... we'll get through it. We thought we had an issue with 30amp shore power... but we got our new EMS and plugged it into our 30 amp at home only to find 0 amps being drawn by the camper. And so thought about it a bit and checked breakers/fuses. The CONV breaker had tripped. And now we can run on 30amp and the slides are working on battery.
So when putting the bedroom slide in on 30 amp power, the panel shuts off (no lights on it) and then comes back on. This time I didn't getting any clicking from slide but it looked like the slide was all the way in. I think this is sometimes tripping the CONV breaker as that has now tripped twice on 30amp.
Taking the TT back in 3rd time on June 10. Something is wrong with the electrical system on this TT. Grrrrrr

Well June 25, just maybe...... So the story currently goes... seems with the early 2021 units with the new IRV panel, there was a software bug in the IRV Panel version 10 - the dealer said our TT has version 10 software and should be upgraded to version 12. Version 10 Venture/IRV discovered there was a bug running off of battery. Venture is shipping the software update to dealer (thought there would be a website for dealers to download new versions of software... but no it's going snail mail). Anyway, if this is true, then this should resolve the issue of not being able to run of battery and the panel shutting down/blanking out. And the dealer never needed to run the 10 gauge wire back to panel they did last time. Fingers crossed. I told dealer that still doesn't resolve panel blanking out on 30 amp with bedroom slide comes in and converter breaker tripping twice. They said they would do the software update early next week and go from there. Gosh when you take a car in for maintenance, I know my auto dealer checks that my software is up to date. I'll post when I get more news and just hopefully....

B&N , Needless to say I've following your travails on this. You are a real trooper for hanging in on this situation. Hopefully it will finally get sorted out. At first when the new rigs came with IRV panel , I felt we missed out by not having it on ours. Now not so sure ,but you may be one of the (un)lucky owners of a bad panel, software issue. Since IRV panels are used throughout the RV industry , it makes me wonder about all the other brands having problems and what feedback is given in other brand forums. Again I hope this gets figured out so you can Venture out and enjoy your TT. Me and the DW are pulling for you!

Picked up TT yesterday (7/22/21); couldn't test it out as they put another trailer next to ours and couldn't get steps down and it was not located next to 30 or 50 amp outlet. Got TT home tested this morning and everything seems fine. The panel is not blanking out when taking slides in/out and main cabin lights are staying on. I may have one issue with front bedroom slide on 30 amp - it stops when all the way out and does not click; I have to push the panel button to get that one little click to know it's out (it doesn't do this on battery just 30 amp). But other than that the software upgrade seems to resolved our main issues finally. We need to test more and we camp next end of August but for now the software upgrade has sure resolved a number of issues. Now get to retest everything to make sure it fixed our issues. If you have your TT in at dealer, be sure to have them check what version is loaded on the monitor panel.

We are having a similar issue with our Sonic X (220VRB). So very frustrating. Bought last summer. Has been to the dealer 4 times and is back yet again after our most recent camp trip. They need to get this fixed.

Well we have fewer electrical issues but still having issues. The CONV fuse (update it's the breaker) has now tripped 3 times and drained the battery. And front slide for master bedroom on 30 amp is stopping and have to push the panel button a second time.
On the CONV fuse, I'm now really concerned our camper is underwired for the DC. When we took the camper in the 2nd time the dealer mentioned there was a 12 gauge wire front to back that should be at least a 10. On the second visit Venture approved dealer to run a 10 gauge from battery to panel which solved some issues. So now thinking the camper is underwired and may be causing the fuse to trip.
It's putting out whole solar implementation on hold because of our 12 volt issues that continue.
Well back to the dealer on Sept 20.

Just curious what amperage rating the CONV fuse is. Is it a breaker and not a fuse? Breakers can be reset, and fuses are a one time use device. Not sure how one can trip, or open, and then drain the battery.

In all my years of dealing with RV dealers service departments, I have learned that you do NOT take the trailer off the dealer's lot until THEY have PROVEN to you that they did all the repairs that they said they did. Also I would be looking at your states lemon laws...

I whole heartedly agree, INVOKE THE LEMON LAW unless you have waited to long. You won't win the under amperage wire battle if they can say they have sold similar trailers and no one else complained. (If you do know of others then you can combine your voices) In reality, other then LEMON LAW protection you will never get the value of the trailer and you prolly don't want to go the legal route. Venture is very practiced in deflection, as are most manufacturers. You could launch a negative advertising campaign locally against the dealer. FB can also help you do the same. Make some YouTube videos of the problems. Do your homework on amperage, wires, breaker trip conditions, slides not working, etc. Include these in your short videos. Make sure you post them.
Its a nightmare of a situation, maybe you need to have a sit down with the owner of the dealership. Make a case history from your notes, from purchase date to present, days without trailer, days of diagnosis, etc. Also present lost time, mileage, cost's, etc and then be ready to schedule a meeting. Take another person or two with you, besides the wife. Guys with experience in campers and also technically competent. If you feel you are losing or not getting attention, take your phone and access the YT videos. Stay calm and push for compromise. (You fix this and I will go away. You don't, more FB and YouTube reviews go up.
