There are No venture sporttek in our area so we are at a loss to speak to anyone concerning this vehicle. Concerned with unit being constructed of wood framing. What about expansion of wood. Has anyone experienced cracking and leaks?

Welcome from the NW. We have had no issues with our Sporttrek Touring. With temperature swings and moisture problems up this way, so far so good . We did have some condensation going on while camping in November weather, but that just happens with RV's and boats up here. Just have to heat, ventilate and dehumidify as needed. We are very happy with the Venture construction. But as with all RV's ,things happen whether it is a $10K or $million rig. Hope this helps a bit.

We got our 2021 STT272VRK at the end of November. One warranty item. While at dealer, we decided to have a leak test done for my peace of mind (under $200). The Venture unit was sealed no bubbles. We just love the layout of the touring TT with the king bed and bench that our beagles sleep on. We went with 27' as in VA some state and national parks here have sites that only allow a 30' camper. We focused on the layout we wanted most and fell in love with the 272VRK. Do watch the slides as we only have access to the kitchen on the road which is fine for us as we have pulled over and had lunch in the camper when we brought it home from Ohio to VA.

I'm considering a Stratus SR231VRB. I haven't looked at one at a dealer. I will in a couple weeks. The closest dealer to me is Salt Lake City. 375 miles. Are there any owners in St. George, UT area or Las Vegas area that would let me look at any Stratus they own?
Also I'd like to know about any problems owners have had with their Stratus, or other model Ventures. Seems there isn't a whole lot of owner reviews on the Internet. Dana
Update: Purchased one 7-14-2021

Good afternoon. We purchased a 2021 STT312VBH. Overall we love it. There are some warranty items we are working out, but our dealer (Freedom RV in Fresno, CA) has been very receptive. We are waiting for some parts to come in so we can get everything done at once.
The trailer pulls well and is very comfortable. We downsized from a JayCo 5th Wheel and are happy with the decision. The master bedroom is awesome. We upgraded to the King U Sofa and it really opens the rig up.

Brown windshield. 1st drawer under sink needs adjustment. Bedroom slide grinding and not aligned. Living room slide grinding Backup camera not connected. Lock on outdoor kitchen loose. Staple holes on kitchen counter by floor need putty. Remove sticker residue from cap. Framing material in front storage is splitting. Carpet under the drawer by the bunkhouse lost the black strip and now it gets stuck. Shower screen leaks. The oven burner will not adjust flame size. It’s either on or off. Cracking bubble in the kitchen floor. Staples sticking out on the sink wall facing sofa.
