We just picked up our new 2021 SST312VBH. It comes with the iRV control panel. According to the information videos, I should be able to control the panel with my Smartphone and the APP. Unfortunately the dealer has no idea how to pair the devices and thinks that the iRV control panel cannot be used with the Smartphone APP. Anyone use their Smartphone to control the iRV panel? Download the app, have your phone within 1 foot of panel. Open the app click on the gear icon on the bottom right. Next screen is devices, tap on the device name, tap on the paring button. It will automatically sync. It takes a few seconds.

**UPDATE** I found the video Blumoon1998 talked about. I followed the instructions and they were what bami was saying. I deleted the app from my iPhone, reinstalled and BAM it works fine. Really disappointed that the dealer did not know this. Frankly, I am finding the "service" part of the dealership really lacking.

Funny, my salesman knew nothing about the wireless control on IRV, and slso the built in leveling device. Both nice features. Thanks for bringing it up. Mine paired right up and works great. You can close a slide out from the house, turn on a porch light from the fireside.

@ Sidnie, use your smartphone store to find the smartphone app. Then sync the control pannel and you should be okay.
