Screw holes on roof side edging not sealed? I repaired 3-4 year ago. Found the defect last year after front under belly behind battery filled with water. Check you seals! I'm doing the repair again. 2014 Sonic 220VBH.

Wow these leaks drive you crazy! I have a soft area on floor inthe corner by door threshhold and refrigerator on our 2019 200vml sonic. I thought buying this newer model may save me from these issues, but no such luck! I.found one seal around the back panel for the refridgerator with a large gap...thought that was the culprit, but no! If anyone has any experience with this, please help. Or if anyone has taken one in to a service shop to find leaks how was your experience. Thanks y'all in advance for your advice!

Check to see if you have a condensation drain tube and that it isn't just draining onto the floor. It should have a pan of some sort to evaporate from or it drains out the door. www.youtube.com/watch?v=pgbtjXbJEFw

FYI...Front edge seals leaked. The Mennonites at the factory did not seal screw holes covering roof to wall edges. Some holes were not filled with screws! Lift the plastic to view the screws and Goop the shit out of them. When you flush/drain water heater watch for water to run down along inside.

I noticed last time I checked the roof that their was no plastic insert in the roof edging. It appeared all the screw were caulked and I have not experienced any leaks, that I know of. I have ordered 3" black Eternabond from Amazon and will apply it to the roof edging to ensure total waterproofing on that edge. I'll post pictures when done.

Yes, aluminum edge that seals roof to side in front and back. Front passenger side had holes drilled without screws. Pull the plastic edge that exposes the screws. Camco sells the plastic if needed.

We recently purchased 2015 Sonic 170 from Camping World about 3 weeks ago. Within 24 hrs of owning we were crawling around in front storage compartment and noticed rippled paneling. Whole front end was soaked. Further inspection showed water damage over front bed and clothes closet. Drove it back to Camping World. Just got it back yesterday, 9/29. They peeled the whole front up and replaced everything. No charge. The leak was where the front running light had lifted and water was getting in. Probably like that for quite a while due to all the damage.
