Having an issue with our new 2021 Sonic X 220VRBX slide out. First off I thought the Sonic X had NXG slides??? 2 track Schwintek in wall system. The upper and lower racks seem to be out of sync resulting in the bottom of the slide out not completely retracting. Trailer has been at CW since June 22nd  . Sounds like it may be a tough job? While admittedly I am not a Schwintek slide expert, I would think that it isn't that tough to adjust/sync the slide. Sounds more like another case of CW's famous inability of their service department to take care of the customer. (Can you hear us Marcus Lemonis?)Actually not just CW ,but industry wide there is a shortage of techs and getting timely service is a hit or miss thing nowadays. In the meantime I would "rattle their cage" and keep calling them or even CW's corporate customer service department. But hope you can get your rig back soon

Adjust/sync left side vs right side is simple. Top vs bottom track not so much. Could end up getting the whole Schwintek system replaced.
I've lost a lot of respect for Marcus "If you're not happy, I'm not happy" Lemonis. CW has not impressed. But I agree the whole industry is
a crap shoot. Making progress slowly but surely.
