I finally purchased a coax cable tester. When we parked at a park that provided cable TV at the site, I connected the park connection to our cable connection and got no signal to the TV. I reported this problem to United RV and all I got was a dumb answer. Instead of addressing the problem they put masking tape at all connections and labeled the tape as though I am too dumb to locate the connections. They apparently did no testing. I finally purchased a coax tester and determined that the cable connector on the back of the trailer is not connected; however the coax connector on the back of the trailer labeled satellite is. In the future I will connect park cable TV to the satellite connector.
