So, we both agreed there just was not enough cabinets in the bathroom to put our stuff even for a weekend. So, I made my own above the toilet area.

I'm getting ready to install shelves in the bathroom area same place. What type of wood did you use and type of anchors did you use? Why didn't you go all the way to the ceiling so you could put anchors in the ceiling?

Earl, I used hemlock and maple ply. I kept it down from the ceiling 3" so as to be able to get the trim around the fan housing off, if ever necessary. Used 2 ¾" screws into the studs in the wall one each side and one in the middle, made for 12 screws total, it's not coming down. Stain was as close as my wife could get (she is the color expert) Expresso by Mimwax. Hinges, catches, and handle came from Lowes. Had her sit on the toytoy, to make sure the bottom of the cabinet cleared her getting down and up. Ended up the same depth as the other.

Earl, you will need to take your "on the spot" measurements for width, I made the top and bottom, then made sure I could get them into place. I left about ¼" on either side as you have to maneuver them into place. If you look close to the third picture, you see that I made them so they could slide into one another incase I could not get the unit into the spot in one piece, I would be able to put it together piece by piece. However, this was not the case, I was able to move the whole unit into place. You can't leave too much short of the full width as you still want to be able to screw into the stud on both sides. As far as hight goes, both you and your wife need to sit down on the toilet and figure that out. Standing up from the toilet is the important clearance measurement you want. Don't forget to leave room to get the vent apart if need be. As far as depth mine is 5 ¾" deep same as the other cabinet over the sink. The deeper in depth you make it the higher it needs to be on the wall, you don't want to hit it getting up from the toilet.

Are there studs metal or wood and are they 16" apart? Looks like the studs are just in the corner? Did you screw the screws in a angle towards the studs?

They are wood, used to build that offset wall for the bathroom. Yes, I did a slight angle, drilled a small pilot first to make sure. I used a stud finder to fine the center one and it was exactly at center. There is no concentric layout to the studs that I could make out. I really didn't expect that anyway.

Thanks, I'm getting closer, a couple more pieces of trim and back brace and a little stain should do it.

I will be picking the trailer on Saturday and hoping get the cabinet installed. The ebony stain came out a little darker than expected but will be ok. Just wondering how deep can I go into the wall studs with screws? I'm thinking 1 1/4 plus the depth of the cabinet backing?

Earl, I pulled one of the screws on the opposite side of that bathroom wall to look at what they used which was 2 ¾" hence I used the same. But I suggest doing the same to make sure something is not different, between the months our trailer was originally made. Always good to check. That length will also have to be adjusted by what you're thickness of the material you used to build your frame. I looked at the existing cabinet to determine the number of screws Venture used to secure their cabinet and I used nothing less that what they used, I think I even added one more. PRE-DRILL
Stains will come out different depending on the wood used. Never believe the shown color on the can, always test on the wood used.

2 3/4" sound long I didn't know the walls were that thick. The wood on the back of my new cabinet is about 1/4" thick. So maybe a 2" screw would be long enough with out going thru the whole wall. My pantry and closet is on the opposite wall so not too of problem if I go in to far.
