Fool Hollow Lake is Arizona State Park is about 3-4 miles to downtown Slow Low. The lake is about 150 acres surround by pine trees offers 92 full hookups and about 31 non-hookups. All the roads to sites are paved, hundreds of miles of hiking trailers, fishing, kayak and bicycle rental. there's a casino 21 miles away, plenty of restaurants within 10 miles. The campground is hilly and kids love riding their bikes. Most campsites have fire pits and picnic tables. Verizon cell service is strong, weak AT&T and no T-Mobile service. There is a Partner cell service (Cellular One) via your cell phone carrier but they will throttle you down when streaming videos after a few hours. I been camping here for over 30 years, it is one of my favorites, very peaceful, there is firewood and ice available for a fee within walking distance. TV service via your roof antenna (OTA) is spotty. Don't expect to get more than 10 channels with the best roof antenna, most people use satellite. The elevation here is 6300 feet so for the folks with COPD may be a little difficult to breath. Winter here is about 48/22 degrees, spring 65/35, summer 84/55, fall 67/39 degrees, expect short afternoon showers almost daily in the late summer.
