So, as the last time out the dinning cushions keep sliding around both while traveling and when you are sitting on them. So during my fixing of Velcro to both the plywood base and the cushion I realized that the plywood was. not sealed with anything and it was already warping. So I sealed it as shown below in the photograph and added some screws to flatten it out. I always carry tools if necessary to remove it while on the road I could. Out of all the RV's I've had through the years, this was the first one that was not screwed down.

Most are not screwed down for storage access.

I really have no problem entering from the door. But as I said it's only three screws to remove the whole board if one is so inclined.

I found these clear plastic totes at Walmart when stacked onto each other (double high) they actually come to the exact hight where the plywood meets giving the plywood bench a little more support. I have 6 totes on each side of booth, I store office supplies, cables, manuals etc. When I access the area I always flip the plywood inside down to keep them from warping. I like the idea of some velcro to hold the cushions in place.
