With the camper level, is the countertop level front to back? Is the floor dropping in front of the cabinet? Can you find studs with a stud finder? For stripped screws there's toothpicks and wood glue. There are filler strips if the floor is dropping. There's always backer rod for those big gaps.

Floor is fine, perfectly level, trailer is 3 months old, gap appeared after the 1st month. I will try taking existing screws out and get bigger ones later this week. The existing screws just keep turning loose so they are not grading anything. Thx.

Is your wall at a perfect 90 degrees to the floor? I'm guessing that it is a bit off. It would be a lot of work, but you could remove the base cabinet from the wall, cut a taper (if the wall is off) and in stall that behind the cabinet on each style, and reattach to the wall. This again (if the wall is off) would give the cabinet a direct fit to the existing wall.

If it is going to take more than a couple screws to fix I will let the warranty people take care of it. The warranty people and dealer are working the issue. The dealer said they have had several complaints from other Sonic owners of the same problem.

I tried backing the 2 screws under the sink to replace with larger screws but only 1 screw would back out the other would just turn freely without coming out. I might be able to force it out with needle nose pliers or something. After replace the other screw with a larger screw all it did was just keep turning loosely in the hole not grabbing on anything. I'm guessing the factory missed the stud al together. One of the screw holes split the wood cleat anyway. It looks like I will just buy a piece of plastic bathroom trim to fill the gap and live with it until the warranty people come up with a fix. I only see 3 screws on top, 2 under the sink and one under the countertop.

I have a quicker and easier mod you could do. Cut away the paper from the cabinet clean up the silicon and add a backsplash. Making sure you put silicon below the backsplash and at the top of it, It would have to be a backsplash that is at least the distance of the opening at the gab you are showing. But in your case you should make sure the cabinet is secure to the wall first.
