I didn't like the water from the A/C or the rain coming off the front or back of trailer running down over my window frames. I know they are caulked but prefer top have a little more diversion. I used a roll of 1/2" stick-on flexible plastic gutters to divert the the water. I did the front windshield too.

$37 on Amazon, RV Rain Gutter 1/2 Inch Height Plastic Drip Rail PVC Rain Strip Roof Rain Diverter, Adhesive Backing, Flexible J Shape RV Trim Molding for Car Van Door Motorhome (40 Ft, White) I posted a picture above where I installed the gutters. Basically above each window vent etc.
