During the summer I noticed that the L brackets on the back that are connecting the roof to the floor where getting loose. After inspection, the screws that are holding together were broken off. So I used some longer black screws and caulked. I didn't expect this to occur after 2 years.
The seal strip that covers the screws channel on the front-sides is split and I'm trying to find a replacement. Anyone know where to find this?

Campers are experiencing minor to major earthquake conditions while towing. Eventually something will give. The worse the road conditions, the faster it degrades. Slow down for railroad crossings, parking lot transitions, speed bumps, potholes, dirt roads, etc.
Look on Amazon for "screw cover strip for rv". Measure what you have because it comes in 1/2", 3/4", 7/8", and 1" widths. Also, black or white.

My brackets were loose or or just a poor solution for holding my gray and black tanks to the under belly. My black tank slipped out of the brackets while sitting at a RV park and it was under 1/3 full. I had the dealer add additional brackets to hold the gray and black tank secured to the under belly. The fresh water tank actually had straps tp secure to the under bely. Be sure to check your gray and black tank brackets. When my black tank slipped out of the brackets lucky that it fell on the axle to keep it from falling all the way to the ground. It was in a 45 degree angle, one side of the tank was still being held by the other brackets but it broke the dump pipe off right at the tank so the tank had to be replaced. It took the dealer 30 days to get the tank from manufacture. Yep the manufacture ships it to the Sonic factory and they turn around and reship it to the dealer. It took the dealer just a few hours to install. From the picture you can see the 3 brackets from one side that was to hold the tank inlace. Only one screw per bracket maybe all 3 screws should have been there. The brackets only grab the about 1" of the edge of the tank. with a little weight I'm sure the tank would crave in a little and pull away from the brackets. It's also possible that the brackets were loose from the factory. We were on our way home after just purchasing the trailer, it may have had only about 500 miles on the road.

Wow that was a shitty situation I'll sure do a quick check when parked prior my next trip.

I called Sonic warranty folks and they told me to go ahead and call a mobile tech that they would cover the cost. In the end they coverage the labor but not the $150 service call charge. make sure they send you an email telling you they will cover any cost. I haven't been happy with their warranty or customer service.
