While working on the kitchen sink, I found this under the cabinet. PEX cutoffs, saw dust, plastic pieces, etc. I was hoping Venture would have taken the extra step to clean, which is part of a quality job. Also, running plumbing through electric wires is just sorry workmanship. In the storage cabinet, to the left of the sink, we have to clean up sawdust on the top shelf after every tow. It's coming from the compartment where the radio was installed. No telling what was left up there.

True, Venture should take the time for quality control and I also think that is part of what the dealership should check before a unit leaves the lot.

True, Venture should take the time for quality control and I also think that is part of what the dealership should check before a unit leaves the lot. It has to start at Venture during assembly. Dealer would have to pull the radio to clean that compartment (I have a feeling the radio panel cutout is sliding around in it) and pull drawers to clean under the sink.

Every camper I have had has had saw dust issues. (on my 4th one now). Gets less over time, but I believe they often saw things in place, and don't do the cleanup, as it's not visible. But it will find a way out, eventually, with enough bumps on the road. - Agree, it's sad that manufacturers don't take the extra step to take care of this problem.

Mine is the same, first time I turned on the AC I had sawdust everywhere. Pulled the lower panel in my bathroom to access the wiring in behind the fuse panel and convertor and it was a disaster. Even the cutout for the outside 120vac receptacle was still laying in there. Clearly they do a very fast install without any cleaning or shop vacuuming at all. Kind of sad really, makes you question their quality control. But luckily I havent had any construction issues, the unit is solid and fully functional.

Ditto on seeing this situation. Every RV we have had has the same construction leftovers like that. But, if each builder, craftsman were building their own personal rig, which personally I would feel as a responsible builder , I bet there wouldn't be any leftovers. But it seems that is rare in the industry.
