Just purchased a STT302VRB and the hose that attaches to the shower head keeps popping off. Bad design as even though you tighten it down the hose does not stay on. Suggestions to keep it from pulling off?

If you just purchased it, have the dealer replace it. Otherwise you can get upgraded ones at campers world or on line. Or could be you have too much water pressure? Are you using a water regulator?

Its not the water pressure. I filled the fresh water tank and was flushing out the lines from it being winterized.

There should be an o-ring or washer (I think it is o-ring) in the fitting on the end of the hose. Make sure that is seated all the way into the bottom of the fitting. If it is stuck mid-way, it would be keeping the hose fitting from screwing onto the shower head all the way.

Thank you. I will check the o-ring.

Dealer I purchased trailer with said it's the #1 upgrade to change out, apparently no one is impressed with its performance.

I'm sure its not an expensive item. I bet they put in the part that is the cheapest.
