Please move the switch for the under belly lights for the SportTrek Touring inside the camper. If you remember to turn them off when you get in bed, you have to consider going outside to turn them off. Even a switch in our STT272VRK in the bedroom would be fine. The current location is in the front storage area.

Thanks ... I sure wish they would build the unit with it in the switch. Hey... I'm not an electrician, but do you think there is a way on the fireplace to have a toggle switch to turn of the lights but keep the heat? Perhaps another thread.

I’ve seen this asked before but no answer/solution.

Hey... I'm not an electrician, but do you think there is a way on the fireplace to have a toggle switch to turn of the lights but keep the heat? Perhaps another thread. I've done the opposite on a free-standing model. We did not want someone to be able to turn on the heat, as it was just for 'show'. So I opened it up, and disconnected the heating circuit. Could add a manual switch, but that would have missed the point in this application. If it's doable, it just depends on the specific model, and electronics. Also, if you don't know much about electricity, I'd leave it to the professionals. You don't want it to start a fire, or get electrocuted.

Ya, we'll leave it to the professionals. Need to learn some basic stuff. I can swap out an outlet or light switch at home but that's as far as I've gone. I do have a buddy who might help me later. I'll have to check his schedule. If we could do it just to the bedroom, that would be great.
