We just picked up our new 2021 SST312VBH. We had the Furrion rear camera installed. When we tried to pair the camera with the monitor it would not pair at all. We got the camera and the monitor to pair while the units were close, but not when they were far apart. The tech at the dealership thinks this is because the LED lights are emitting some signal that interfere with the signal between the camera and the monitor.
Anyone else encounter this issue?
Thank you.

We have the same setup and have had no issues with our cameras.

We are having issues with our monitor not getting power. We have been in touch with furrion and they have sent a new power supply and a new monitor. Still no luck. DH is going to start troubleshooting the wiring next.
UPDATE: Furrion has been great to work with. We have power and a working monitor! Used it today to pick up the camper from the dealer (in for some warranty work). We took it to our storage and DH was able to see and hear me assisting him in backing up.

**UPDATE** I spoke with Furrion. They informed me that the power leaving my truck (2021 GMC Sierra HD) is not strong enough to power the rear camera. Furrion says that this is a common issue with new trucks. They are working on an adaptor to go between the truck and trailer. More to follow.

I know for a fact that GM pickups (mine is a 2018 Silverado 1500) provide trailer power thru a 30 amp fuse. That should be more than enough to power the rear camera and other accessories. My only suggestion, is to make sure your battery cut off switch on your camper is on while travelling if you don't already have it on.

According to Furrion, GM trailer management system is not supplying the correct voltage. Changed system between 20 and 21.

Hi folks, I will second the advice on the new GM trucks. If you have 2019 or newer GM truck the power supplied through the trailer connection has a design flaw (my understanding was an intentional design) that causes the power to fluctuate. This will not supply enough to the camera and it will not pair. So two things:
1. Before you buy anything, make sure your truck lights are actually on and that the camera has some power (blue light on actual camera is on). Your “auto” lights will not work because you need to make sure the trailer running lights are on. The camera is usually installed to feed off trailer running lights. If you are sure the lights are on and still can’t connect the camera then you need an adapter.
2. There are a couple adapters that were designed for this very specific problem. They plug in between the trailer to tow vehicle connection. This little gadget essentially boosts or eliminates the power fluctuations.. I bought mine from etrailer.com but you can probably find them elsewhere. Furrion 7-way vehicle power adapter.

I contacted Furrion and sent them the link to your item Taxman. They said that it will not work on my 2021 GMC. They are field testing a unit now and it will hopefully be available soon.

This Furrion camera thing is puzzling to me. Ours worked a couple times, and now we can't get it to pair either. And yes we have a 2019 Chevy, so maybe the problem as previously noted. Hopefully Furrion will help all of us sort this out. I really don't want to spend extra $ going to another brand of camera. Got too many other goodies to add to the rig!

Since you have a 2019 model, there are simple adaptors out there that will work for your truck. See the link posted by taxman.

OKAY SPORTS FANS!!!! I have an update on the Furrion rear camera and GMC power issue. Evidently Furrion made an adaptor that you connect between the truck and the trailer. Here is the is the link:https://furrion.com/collections/all-spare-parts/products/camera-system-7-way-adapter-cable-with-power-switch
Here is the email from Furrion: Good afternoon and thank you for contacting Furrion by Lippert. In reference to your inquiry, part # F2BC004XXBK is a plug and play adapter, which connects between the 7way plug on your camper and tow vehicle, to overcome the power limitations caused by the method of distribution through your running lights. This will work with any newer domestic tow vehicle on the road as well as European based vehicles. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
