Thanks for including us in the Venture forum. Got back home with the new trailer.
Pretty steep learning curve with the solar system. Previously owned a 2018 Passport
2670BH. Not a lot of manuals with this rig and the dealer was pretty clueless lol.

Hello and Welcome. We love our Sonic X - You are correct on the manuals BUYT we had a great dealership and an awesome walk around on pickup 4 hours. Learned a ton from our knowledgeable tech.

Obxbeachdogs - what dealer did you use, if you don't mind me asking. The dealer we have been talking to is also clueless and keeps changing what the specs and options are. The Venture Sonic website is also terrible and missing a lot of information. I emailed them to ask questions about a specific model and got no response. Makes me feel like Venture is sketch.

As I’ve said our dealer was completely clueless. A dealer I called in Oregon was just plain full of crap.
I will say that Mike at KZ Tech Support has been very helpful. If he doesn’t know an answer to one of
my many questions, because there is no SonicX owners manual, he contacts the factory floor manager
and gets an answer.
