While camping in Wisconsin we experienced a gully-washer rain. A lot of water leaked in the slide and it looked like a small stream across the floor. We started closing the slide when it looked like rain.
We left the slide out when we were experiencing rain and no leak. I climbed a ladder to check the slide seals. Everything looked good. I did notice the seals on each end of the slide are hollow tubes. I think we had so much rain that it overflowed into the rear seal and flowed down it into the trailer.
By the way. I am not a newbie. I have 5 years full-timing plus numerous years RVing.

Howdy, the hollow tubes on each side are they really hollow or do they open up like spouts. I picture would help. A lot of water at one time can cause drainage problems. I have hollow tubes that spread into spouts at each end of my canopy. Also over the door at both edges. I checked everywhere and found that some folks were putting clear hoses on these ends to divert the water further away from the sides at each end.
While I am not totally updated on your unit, when the slide is all the way in does the top seal overlap? Does it have side seals? When we were looking at slider models I would walk away from those with out a top canopy to over the slider both at in and out positions.
As I often prove to myself (Usually in front of others) I stand out as a newbie on anything I don't fully understand. Other than a dealer you are in a good spot to ask. I do which VENTURE would let more of their workers and engineers monitor this blog site, I mean they are the ones that design and build them.

Installed a Solaria awning over the slide that should solve the slide leak problem. 9 ft awning was purchased from Amazon and installed using the included instructions. I did not remove the existing gutter. In stead I used it with a tw0 yard "yard stick" I had to space up 3 inches. I found I could use two 5/16 drill bits as spacers to space the yard stick up enough. It was easy to install using the yard stick as a spacer.

Two seals are used on slides. The hollow seal is fixed to the side wall. A flap seal extends and moves in and out with slide and acts like a squeegee or wiper to shed water away from interior. Your seal most likely is defective or missing this flap. Your band aid is just that a band aid
