Any ideas on how to keep the door closed on the outside kitchen refrigerator? Trip home from Michigan and was welcomed with stuff falling out when opening the outside door to the kitchen.

I believe you can get refrigerator/cabinet door adjustable bars from Camping World and of course probably from the all encompassing Amazon.

My bad on not paying attention to your question...a senior moment...Any way something you might look at is a refrigerator lock. My DW got one for her "dorm"sized refer at work that attaches externally to the refer you can put a pin or a padlock on it to keep it closed and secure. Search Amazon for refrigerator lock. As for inside the adjustable bars should help security when you do open the door after traveling.

The magnetic strip on door doesn’t keep door closed while traveling I would look into child proofing products too, there are simple straps that could be added to lock the door before heading out. Available at any hardware store or Amazon.

I've read that some people use partially inflated beach balls, inside the refrigerator, to keep items in place during travel.

How about some velcro straps? Just tape it to the side, and a bit on the door.
