I've owned my Stratus SR231VRB for two weeks. In that time I've emailed Venture Customer Service 4 times with questions. I've yet to receive any responses. Is this normal?

Out of frustration of not getting my email's answered, and getting voice mail every time I've called, I called Thor Corporate HQ. A couple hours later I received a call from Venture. I explained I had not received any responses to my emails, and at least one other person on the Forum hadn't either. Venture said they respond in 24 hours, so something must be wrong with Venture's email system. Venture management will look into it. My emails were maintenance-related questions. Not on Venture's website, however on KZ's website is a maintenance manual (although dated 2017 it's still valid). He was responsive and want to be informed if I needed any additional help.

dlakeman, Happy to hear you finally got a response from Venture. I was suprised when you originally posted that the VFF Mod didn't respond. Venture has a Mod on the forum that is supposed to assist here , but looks like it slipped through or some kind of communication error, and as you stated it sounds like they need to look at their email system too. This forum is how we as owners can keep Venture hopefully helpful to us. Good job and thanks for providing the info.

I've emailed them at least 4 times in the last year. Never once got a response. It has nothing to do with their email system, they just simply don't answer.

Probably an outside company running multiple company websites. I think that's why they started this forum. We are pretty much on our own. I have yet to see any company warning here about the gas quick connect recall.
