So having this camper for over a year, we have noticed pretty foul odor coming from the toilet when flushing. We have had RVs before and never had this type of consistent smell but of course now we use more friendly chemicals in the tanks. I crawled up on the roof today and noticed that one of the roof vents was completely closed off (there are 2, assuming one for black and one for grey). Standing on the roof looking toward the front, it was the left most vent close to the camper side where the other vent which was open was more in the middle near the bathroom roof vent. Anyone know which one is black / grey? I guess I could have been more brave and smelled each but decided not to go that route. I also filled the tank with dish soap and am going to let it sit for a week and then dump it again. Also, no diagram or layout of the roof venting in the owners manual that I could find

Not the same trailer, but our gray water tank is vented in the bathroom sink cabinet with a "Studor" type vent. Best I can tell, again thanks to the useless manual provided, the 2 vents on top are for the kitchen sink and the black tank.

I did look under the bathroom sink and did see the vent so that must be for grey and as you said the 2 roofs are for black and sink. The vent which was open was more torward the middle and close to the sink so hoping the closed one was the black. Hoping that gets rid of most of our odor issues..cant wait to camp next weekend!

I'm curious as to what it was closed off with?
