I've been chasing a water leak in my SR231VRB since new. I'm not sure what material was used to seal the metal shower door frame to the plastic shower body but it doesn't look like a caulking-type material. Water is leaking under the shower pan. I'm going to remove the door frame and properly seal everything.
I encourage everyone who owns a Venture of any model to take a shower then remove the access panel on the front of the shower pan and look for water. Letting water build up under the panel will rot the floor and cause mold. The leak is clearly a manufacturing defect.

I don't think there is a seal between my shower door and the pan. The pan has a lip on it that's designed to let the water run back into the tub, I think. Did you check your faucet plumbing, and under the tub the drain?

I pulled the front panel off, after the last trip, and it was dry under the pan.

I pulled the faculty panel out and checked the plumbing pipes for leaks. None. I reinstalled the panel with appropriate caulking; where there wasn't any. I'm camping now. When I get home I'm going to disassemble the metal framing that holds the glass, and caulk it before reinstalling it.
