Greetings,
My 2022 SportTrek Touring 312VBH came with a Nautilus retractable shower door, which was installed by the manufacture. If you don't have one of these doors, it is a pretty ingenious shower door which makes the bathroom appear bigger. It also has a self cleaning squeegee system built-in when the door retracts, so you don't have to worry about mold or mildew. There was one problem with the manufactures installation (at least on my rig). When my family took our first showers on our first outing, we noticed a lot of water on the floor. Upon further inspection, I noticed the door frame was not sealed at all on the sides and bottom of the shower door frame. This was allowing the water through and onto the floor.

For those of you wondering about screw length size for a TV backer facing an outside wall, anything under 1 1/2 inches in length should be safe. The marked location for the TV backer in the bedroom didn't seem to be very accurate. I am told the size of the backer can very in size and material. Using a stud finder was inconclusive for me on verifying exactly where it was. I took a chance and installed my TV mount about 2 inches to the left of the TV backer sticker. Unfortunately, I did not hit any kind of backer at all. Lucky for me, the TV is only 5 pounds and I remove it during transport. Not the worst thing in the world, but it was frustrating for sure.
Other than that and a few other small issues, we are loving our 312! I will up upgrading a few things on the trailer and I will post those upgrades along with my opinions as I complete them.
