I purchased the 2022 Venture SportTrek Touring 312VBH. Considering this line is Venture's luxury line of trailers, I was a little disappointed in the basic vent fan that was installed in the bathroom. I understand decision like that are most likely made to reduce some costs, but I was hoping for one of the better after market fans. Something like Maxxair or Fan-Tastic fan would have been in a nice touch in this luxury line.

My MaxxFan Deluxe (7500k) delivers tomorrow. That sad excuse for a fan they installed from the factory is really just a noise maker.

I added two of the Hengs Vortex II Fans. A little on the noisy side, but a strong fan. Usually only use to pull moisture out of the trailer and while using the stove so the noise isn't a problem.

I would recommend a Fantastic Fan.
We have a 2017 Sonic 168VRB that had MaxAir's top model fan from the factory in the bathroom. For the last year I have put up with it no longer automatically opening or closing with the hand held remote. As well, sometimes it shuts off for no reason. After reading online about a number of RVer's having problems with the control board in the fan, last summer I contacted MaxAir direct for any assistance. While the unit was no longer under warranty, MaxAir rep offered a new replacement controller and lift mechanism as a "good will" gesture. I think this is because there had been previous issues with the model. I am very pleased to finally have gotten the parts and will install them in May. MaxAir after sales service was great.
However, we have had Fantastic Fans in previous trailers with never any issues. Thus my recommendation for Fantastic Fan.
