Hello Ladies and Gents. We are living in our Sport Trek while we sell our home and find a new one out of state. I was out of town on work while my wife and kids stayed in the trailer and my wife noted that the control panel stopped functioning.
It had power to it but will not respond to any button press nor will any attempt to control it via the app do anything. All fuzes are intact as far as we can tell but we are unable to control lights, slides, water heater, or see the tank status.
This is all irritating enough but to top it off Venture does not have an easy way to get a hold of them and is not returning our various attempts to contact them. This is immensly disappointing and I am hoping someone at Venture will see this as we spoke to the dealer we just purchased the trailer from and need to speak with Venture about warrantee issues to get this fixed.
Please contact me or provide me a method to actually speak to an employee as this is immensly unprofessional.

So sorry to hear. We had an early 2021 SST272VRK one of the first units with the IRV panel. We had issues initially and ended up being that the panel software needed an upgrade. Once that was updated by TT dealer then the converter breaker was tripping. So ended up replacing converter too. Google David Boggs of Venture I think he's still the GM for the Venture line. I had to get hold of him when we had issues with customer support giving us inaccurate information. Our TT dealer helped connect us through the Venture sales team.

I will 2nd that their communication sucks - and that is being as kind as I can. It is ridiculous that you can spend north of $50K on something and they won't post information, answer calls with a qualified person, etc. Why is sharing where the terminations are for the solar wiring, wi-fi wiring, etc. so hard for them to do? Would it be so hard to share a basic wiring diagram?
My next RV will not be a Venture after having experienced this. My buddy bought a Keystone Cougar and it is amazing how much info they share with their customers. Wiring diagrams, color coding, etc. I helped him install his boondocking system with solar and all of the info we needed was easily obtained from Keystone. I am still not finished with my install - but I finally located the factory solar wiring so it shouldn't be too long now.

We’ve had issues with our control board as well to locking us out of all functions as well as the converter beeping while this is happening. Every time it happens we have to turn the power off to reset the system. Ours is a brand new 343VIK and no answers from our dealer on a remedy.

My other friend has a Grand Design Reflection. His is 34' so it is very similar to my 327VIK. They look very similar inside. He had a tire come apart and absolutely trash the undercarriage. Because of the C-19 crap he had to wait six months to have it repaired. We are both on the waiting list for road armor to prevent that from happening.
