I’m picking up a new Stratus 231VRB soon and I want to order sewer hose carrier tubes for it. Does anyone know what the frame rail distance is so I can get the right size?
Thanks!

I store my sewer hoses in the rear bumper. The rubber end caps come off easily, and the sewer hoses slide right in.

I’ve never been a fan of bumper storage, as I’ve seen too many hoses get pinholes that way, and the moisture frequently causes bumpers to rust. Also, my 20’ of hoses wouldn’t fit in the bumper.

The end caps have a hole thus preventing moisture buildup. My 20' of hoses fit just fine.

The end caps have a hole thus preventing moisture buildup. My 20' of hoses fit just fine. The compressed lengths of both of my 10’ hoses combined is over 8 1/2’, if they’re compressed as much as absolutely possible. The bumper is just a no go either way. Regardless, I spoke to someone at K-Z customer support who pulled up a drawing and told me the frame rails are 68” apart. Answer found.

I use the Sewer Solution. It rolls up in a bin. I do carry some 1" PVC in the bumper with an elbow, to turn into the dump opening. I usually dump at the house, also.

I just ordered a pair of 60-90” adjustable tubes. That’s what I had on my Airstream and my E-Pro.
