Just wondering if anyone else has experienced any issues with their control pad. On our latest trip, sometimes if I go through my smartphone app to check tank levels, the indicator lights will display and stay on. Also for whatever reason the hot water tank electric light will go off on its own.
I know in the app, there's a setting where you can do a 'factory reset', I'm hesitant to do that until after I get the slides in today. I've also taken it from off the wall and unhooked what looks to be a cat5 cable from the back to try to 'reset'. I like the convenience of having the app to activate things like awning and slides, but the old school part of me thinks maybe there's too much electronic crap in these campers now. Keep It Simple Stupid is my Jarhead motto.
BTW its in our 272VRK

We had issues initially with the IRV panel. Picked up our 2021 272VRK in Nov 2020 and we had difficulties running off of battery (slides stopped/start repeatedly). Took several trips to dealer to work through it. First service trip resolved nothing, 2nd trip Venture had dealer run a new 10 gauge wire from tongue to under bathroom sink where there is panel/connection for the IRV monitor, and 3rd trip identified the software was not the right version. Once the software was updated we've not had anymore issues. Just one issue where I forgot about the extra 10 gauge wire upfront as a fuse was there too that had popped but figured that out ourselves after 2 days.
We noticed there is also a 2amp fuse under the bathroom sink and we have no idea what that is for.... The board and wires under the bathroom sink are a real mess. Please post how you resolve. Thanks

Yesterday I found that one of the positive cables for one of the two batteries was disconnected. Put that back together and we'll see if that makes any difference. I'll look into the software version/update next trip. I'll look under the sink also, however, I'm not the smallest person so I'll have to contort myself some to look there. Thanks for your response.

ya any loose wires will really affect the 12 volt items... I bet that will fix your issues... Here's to hoping that's the fix!

We're out camping in it now and everything seems to be working fine after reconnecting the positive cable to one of the batteries.
