I have a 2013 320vik. The water won't heat up on propane or electric. Any ideas? Thank you.
Also, does anyone know the brand of water heater (I'm not there right now) so I can get manual?

For electric: Make sure the switch, behind the outside access door, is on. It's caught me before. For propane: Make sure the propane tank has fuel, the tank is cut on, the battery is charged (for DSI- Direct Spark Ignition), and the vent stack is clear of wasp nest, spider webs, etc. |

And make sure that the bypass is turned off so water actually goes into the tank.
