Just spent a week here and it is perfect! About 5 blocks from the national parks west gate entrance. The campground itself is incredibly clean and easy to maneuver. We used a back-in site but they also have lots of pull-thru sites as well. The town there is just big enough to cover your needs (grocery, variety of restaurants, multiple gas stations). From the campsite we visited the Yellowstone park and Big Sky, MT. A wonderful area with all the animals you could ever want to see. We were lucky enough to witness both black and brown bears, lots of elk and bison and even some moronic fellow citizens. The only animal we had wished to see but eluded us were wolves.
