We are going to the Payson Campground and RV Resort on Monday Sept 12th thru the 19th. Hope to see some Sonic's there. We stayed at the Payson CG RV Resort, but I would not call it a resort. The good: 1. located practically in the middle of town close to everything 2. Some shade at each site. 3. cost is reasonable. The Bad: 1. no payment except right in from of office, the rest of the park is dirt with dust 2. Roads are very narrow and hilly and some large Class A motorhomes might have difficult negotiating turns. 3. Most all sites are only 20 feet wide, we had our one slide in the bushes on one side and we could only open our awning about 75% out. 4. No ice or propane but both are available one block away. I would stay again in the future. Note: there are no other campgrounds except in Oxbow and Star Valley and they bother not as good as the Payson CG.

I’d meet up but to get 1800+ miles, I would have had to left a few days ago. Maybe planning in advance and some more notice next time? 🤣

We will be in Temecula at the Perchanga RV Park at the Casino Thanksgiving Week) November 20th thru the 27th (1 week). It's been one of my favorite rv parks. There is so plenty of things to do, downtown "Old Town Temecula", lots of huge wineries, Santa Monica Pier (ocean), lots of restaurants. We welcome anyone that wants to join us. Were haven't decide whether to make THKG Diner or just eat at one of the nice Casino's restaurants.

Earl - just saw this. We stayed at Lake Skinner Rec Area (https://www.rivcoparks.org/lake-skinner-recreation-area) a few months back when we made a trip out to Temecula. It's on the backside of the wineries so about 30 min from downtown. Full Hookups and only a short walk from the lake. If you swing by SoCal pretty often I have a feeling we will run into each other sooner or later.
