We had our Sonic in months ago for a phantom leak we couldn’t find that presented itself at the base of the cabinet under the sink/stove. The dealer couldn’t find a leak but said there were signs of previous water. This weekend we’re running the propane heater and last night and this morning it seems the phantom leak could be back.
Question is, do these units have a condensate drain? Could this be the source of the phantom leak? And hth do I get in there to look?!?

I think you remove any drawers and there may be a panel inside that need to be remove to gain access to a inclosed area.

I have/had a leak under our sink, also. Culprit, I think, was/is a white braided line clamped to a PEX tee fitting with a PEX band clamp. I had to grind off the clamp ear to get it out, since there was no room to get a cutter in there. I swapped it out for a small gear clamp that could be snugged when needed. I keep a towel under the stack of PEX tees now. Good so far.
Also, there may be an anti-siphon valve under the sink, that spits water every time the black tank flush is used.

The furnace does not have a condensate drain. Wiggle every twist-on fitting under there by hand with the plumbing system pressurized. Nearly every twist-on plumbing fitting in my 231VRL was loose and some of them would only leak when wiggled.

My wife spotted a wet spot under the bathroom sink in cabinet. I checked it out and it was the P trap, it was loose and I just hand tighten the connection. It was loose I could move the P-trap up and down freely several inches.

I recommend that you make up a soapy wather mix in a spray bottle. Use Dawn and about a 1/2tsp per bottle.
Start and the gas pipe run inside the trailer and go to each fitting or valve and coat it with wet/soap spray. If it bubbles you have your leak.
