I live use Mouse Free spray underneath. Plug all holes with 1/4 inch wired mesh and rodent proof foam. Irish spring soap and bounce sheets get eaten and used for bedding.

I don't have a mouse problem but I do keep 5 or 6 bars of Irish Spring soap in the storage compartments. The soap and bounce sheets are mainly for bugs. My wife keeps 4 sheets under our mattress cover at all 4 corners.

We have used the plug-in ultrasonic gizmos. Was very skeptical but they work!
