My wife has family in Wilmington, so this was a two-night stop. It is off busy US17, so there is a little traffic noise. No stop light coming out, which would be nice when leaving. Campground sits behind the business row. You turn between a gas station and a car wash to enter driveway. They are organized. Check-in was easy. Escorted to campsite. Nailed back in on first try. All one-way roads. Some sites have pads and fireplaces. All have the usual table and fire ring. Well maintained.

One of the things we practice when stopping is we always stop on the other side of town so when we leave in the morning we are not heading into town and avoid the morning traffic. This mostly applies to large cities. We mostly travel between 9:00am and 3:00pm to avoid less rush hour traffic.
