We have settled on the "Electric Frying Pan". We never dry camp (boon docking) per wife's request : ) we find we can cook almost anything in the electric frying pan and save on propane. Our biggest propane hog is our Blackstone and the fire pit. We use to carry several frying pans now we only take one medium size frying pan with us as a backup. Has anyone tried cooking in the convection oven and what did you cook that you thought was impressive? We don't have a basic propane oven just our microwave/convection oven.
