I just got a new 2022 Sonic Lite 169VUD and it has a Level Mate Pro device that is wired into DC current. The unit seems to be dead -- I push the button and nothing happens. I've tried to check to see if there is current, but it's unclear. Has anyone had this problem? Am I missing something obvious? I contacted Venture RV about it and they directed me to Logic Blue - the company that makes Level Mate. Does this seem right?

Explain "check to see if there is current". It's unclear? Multimeter? Checking voltage? Where? Fuse?

In order to take advantage of the system you need to load the app on your phone and sync it up to the unit installed in your camper. After it syncs you'll be pleasantly surprised to see the results. Make sure you put your camper parameters into the app for accuracy. The unit does not have a display, it relies on the app. Cheers!

You need the app on your phone first. Then it is press and hold the button on the unit. At about 3 seconds of holding the button you should hear a beep.

Level Mate Pro doesn't level your trailer it only shows you which end or side is too low or high. Same as bubble levelers but with the app on your phone you can sit in the cab of your truck and roll backwards or forwards to get as close as level as possible. level mate pro will tell you if your 1" or 3" low on one side and then you add a lego square under tire to bring the trailer to the correct level. All RV's with Propane refrigerators must be within 6 degrees end to end and 3 degrees from side to side or your fridge could overheat when on propane and not function properly. Plus you don't want beer cans rolling on the floor : )
