Returned in May to our 168 VRB trailer and found the bathroom floor vinyl buckling and the floor soft. I had only been once to the trailer since last year as my Wife was very ill and passed away this past December. Had a competent flooring guy open up the floor. Toilet was not leaking. It’s coming off of the back wall and seeping in off of the bottom of the back wall. His plan is to add cross supporting joists, insulation, 5/8 plywood and new flooring . I’ve got the caulking and drip rail to address recaulking and redirecting any rain on the back of the trailer. I think I've got it covered but if you've run into this with your Sonic and have any advice, it would be welcome.
