Returned in May to our 168 VRB trailer and found the bathroom floor vinyl buckling and the floor soft. I had only been once to the trailer since last year as my Wife was very ill and passed away this past December. Had a competent flooring guy open up the floor. Toilet was not leaking. It’s coming off of the back wall and seeping in off of the bottom of the back wall. His plan is to add cross supporting joists, insulation, 5/8 plywood and new flooring . I’ve got the caulking and drip rail to address recaulking and redirecting any rain on the back of the trailer. I think I've got it covered but if you've run into this with your Sonic and have any advice, it would be welcome. Here's the opened floor view:

Sorry to hear that touaregtowr, what year is your trailer? I have a 2022 168VRB and just changed out all the outside rubber products. Found three questionable spots for potential leaks so caulked this areas and finished up with the black 1" domed molding that covers all the screws. And I put new sweeps on the slider, it was a pretty hard winter here. All of it went really a lot better than I expected only took an afternoon.
Where are you installing the drip rail?

Mine is a 2017 168VRB. I installed the drip rail along the bottom edge of the trailer at the rear. Don't have any pictures but next time I'm there will take some.
