During our walk through at the dealership we purchased our new 2023 Sports trek 336VRK Touring, power to the tv went out. The tech messed with the breakers and fuses, then went out side and checked the incoming power cable. Tv came back on. He said it was his adaptor. Well, after getting it home, which is over an hour away, got our new trailer set up at home and plugged in the power. Got all the slides out, which was another issue, all the lights on the panel for the slides and awning were flashing and had to completely power the trailer down, 120v and 12v, in order to reset the system. Got that done but had no power to the tv, outlet beside the tv, no power to the outdoor kitchen and none to either outlet in the kitchen. Started tracing wires, starting with the outlets in the outdoor kitchen since they were easy to access and found that I did have power to the electric fireplace but that was it. Behind the slide out griddle I found two connections, 1 for the fireplace and one for everything else in the slide. I unplugged each and plugged them into the opposed plug. That verified all the outlets, including the tv worked.
I then contacted Venture by email to get a wiring diagram so I could continue chasing the bad connection down. I was told they didn't have one, to return it to the dealer for warranty work. Everyone here knows how long that takes. I'm an industrial maintenance/election tech by trade. I can make the repair myself. It would make it a little faster knowing which wires go in what direction. What company does not have some type of wiring diagram of the product they sale.
Not a happy camper with this product so far.
