We just took delivery of a 2024 STT343VIK. During inspection and orientation, a knowledgeable service tech pointed out that the app for the main control panel is "Easytec RV Control", which I was able to download from Google Play Store using my Android phone. Unsure about Apple Play version, but it likely has the app as well (App screen shot uploaded with post.) Control lights, slides, water pump on/off, and tankless water heater on/off from the app.

Solar and battery system app is by GoPower (Dometic).

Thank you so much for this post! Back in November I took delivery of a 2023 STT343VBH. It has the newer (and much different) control panel - similar to the '24 model year, and no-one at the dealership could tell me how to pair the control panel with my iPhone. The Easytec RV Control app worked and paired perfectly and was easy to find in the apple App Store for an iPhone.

It's also worth noting that the owner's manual did not mention the Easytec control app but did list a handful of others. The manual probably needs a quick refresh in this section!

Thanks for this post. Bought a used 2023 343VIK from dealer and they did not know anything about apps etc. to connect. Contacted Venture(KZ) Tech Service and all they said was some newer phones work and some don't, but didn't know which app we should try. Both the Easytec and the GoPower apps worked perfectly.
