Hi all, I purchased my trailer VRB220 in May 2022 and had no issues so far. But on my recent trip last week, I noticed that both (Kitchen countertop and Dinette) top surface is peeling off. I called dealer and they told me its not covered under warranty. Has anyone come across this issue and what did you do? Thanks,

Don't know what is being used now. Is it a Formica type substance or a decal? A picture would help.

I'm sorry, but your picture really doesn't show what you are asking?? Can you put an arrow on it?

The top coating or Formica has formed a bubble. Not sure if there is easy fix or I have to take top Formica out and replace with another one.

The bubble can be caused by several things, as not enough glue was used in the process of making it, moisture can get into it from the underside or if there is a seam close. Even the sun heating on it can cause a temperature difference and cause this. You might be able to inject some glue into the bubble, here is what I found out from a neighbor that installs the tops.
Minor bubbles can be fixed by “bursting” them. Place a damp cloth on the bubble and cut a slit on the bubbled area using a sharp knife. Squeeze wood glue into the slit you have opened and press the veneer down. Place a weight overnight so that it is entirely flattened.

This seems to be a common issue with KZ products. You could use a heat gun to completely remove the laminate top and spray both surfaces with 3M Spray Adhesive. Use the 90 only. www.3m.com/3M/en_US/p/d/b40069424/

I haven't had this (knock on wood!) yet on our countertops, but the edges of the dinette are starting to lift. I'm thinking about getting a 3/4" piece of AB plywood and staining it to replace the particle board and sticker that came from the factory.

Same issue with my dinette table. I made my own to replace it. However, as an experiment I placed a towel on it and took a hot clothes iron to it, it appeared to work.
