Is there a way to MANUALLY open the smaller awning, over our dining room table and couch, on our STT343VIB? If so what do I do? I have both motor covers off and do not see any place that I can put a docket on to manually cranck it opened.
Why are these things so hard to find answers for?

I'll drive out and check ours later this morning and take some pics if I find the manual override. I know you have the housing off, but did you see a rubber grommet on the motor housing anywhere? I took a screen shot from a Lippert video online. Not sure who manufactures these awnings for Venture, but the Venture manual says it has its own manual from the manufacturer.
