Recently purchased a new 231VRB. After two weeks of camping we parked it in the driveway, 110 and battery both disconnected. About a week later I noticed that the small running lights were on. There are the lights on the front of the trailer, in the upper corners. Is there a reason these have come on?

With the battery disconnected for a week? You have solar that could be supplying power to the lights? Some campers, not necessarily Ventures, have a switch in the front storage compartment to cut on the camper running lights. They give a little light around the camper at night for setup, clean up, etc.
