We have a 2023 Venture Sporttrek Touring 272VRK. Since we bought it last year, the converter breaker continues to trip. Always seems to happen in the middle of the night. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Dealership can't figure it out.

Welcome to the Forum from South Carolina. Tell us what the dealership has tried or replaced.

They only thing they have found was one exposed wire, which they replaced. We thought that was the fix, but it did it again on this trip.

Details: What's running when the breaker trips? Heat, AC, water heater? May be time to get a clamp-on ammeter to see what the current draws are in the different circuits. Breakers do not have to see the full rated load to trip. If it sees 80 percent load long enough, it will trip. Dealership should be doing this.

I have a sporttrek and had the same problem and same attempts to fix. Come to find out it was a weak breaker. Changed out the breaker a year ago and never had a problem again.
