Took my new 2024 Stratus SR261VRB on maiden trip and had a series of issues: co2 alarm rang every 5 minutes, outdoor kitchen hot water hose was leaking. On demand hot water was cold then hot then cold. Cable TV connector sends no signal. Back at dealership hoping they will correct these issues. Anyone else having issues with this model?

Sorry to hear about all these issues, I would contact Venture customer service and let them know. We had dump valve issue and they were out in two days had it replaced. If you are hauling you unit a lot, always check you waterline connections not every stop, but maybe after a few. The reason is things bounce around and do come lose. I always contact the manufacture and sometimes they compensate you in some way. You never know till you ask. I hoep the rest of your VENTURES are perfect and you have great memories.

Thanks for the suggestion and recommendation Sportrekgordo. I did email Venture Customer service today and lets see what they say. The dealer did fix the issues and next week we are going on our second trip for a week. We are excited and pray all goes well.

On the hot and cold for the on demand water heater I had the same issue. But the problem for me was that I was trying to use it the same way we used the old hot water tank. We cranked up the temperature to the maximum and opened the cold water to regulate the temperature. Thing is with these on demand water heaters (mine is a fogatti) you set the temperature you want at the thermostat inside the bathroom and only open the HOT faucet at the shower. The problem with the “wrong” method is that as soon as you open the cold water, the pressure and flow to the on demand water heater lowers and it turns off (it needs at least 14.5 gpm to trigger the heat on). Right now we set our temperature at 38c in the thermostat and I took and experimental shower for 10 min while fully hooked up and it was a seamless stream of hot water.

Thanks for the great information Danlsgiga, I will test that tomorrow night when we arrive at our campsite.
