Picked up my 353 this weekend. Began setting up the systems and technology. While setting up the living room TV I discovered there was no Antenna connection available. There are 2 jacks, one labelled as cable and the other satellite. I tried both jacks and scanned on each. No reception on either. I contacted tech assistance and they did not have any information on the wiring for the antenna.
I noticed that the outside TV only had on jack and that did not find any channels on the scan. I did have the booster button on in the bedroom. I have not tried the bedroom yet.
Anyone have any experience with this issue?

It sounds like they didn't connect the cables behind the booster correctly. I'd pull the booster out of the wall and check the cables. My guess is they connected the cable coming from the antenna to one of the TV output connections and not the antenna in connection. But if the TV in the bedroom pulls in channels it could be the cable in and TV out may be crossed. It also could be there's something going on with the cable coming from the booster to the other TV connections. In that case I'd look for a splitter somewhere down the line. It could even be in the wall behind the booster. I've attached two diagrams of common booster. I'm guessing the first one is like yours. Good luck........
