So we have had a difficult time getting instructions on how to winterize our 2021 SportTrek Touring 343VIK. Unfortunately the dealership we bought it from does not give much advice on this so as not to be liable, which was extremely disappointing from a service aspect. However, if we bring it in to them, they will gladly charge us for them to do it. They did send us a ink with a video on the Venture RV website; however, our setup seems to be different. When you get to 1min and 43 secs into that video is where we get stuck. Underneath our kitchen counter is access to the backside of the water heater and the water pump. The video says turn the 2 valves on the backside of our water heater; we don't have these 2 valves to bypass our water heater. We just have the black box with the pipes coming in. Our water pump is in this same area und it does have two valves. This is where we get stuck. We know our pump works because we ended up pumping the antifreeze through and of course got it in our water heater. So obviously we have a problem. If someone can help explain where our bypass valves are, we would greatly appreciate any help. I added pics if that may help. Thank you. Attachments:

I found it easier to just pay the dealer/service dept the $75 for them to do...and if they F it up...all the liability is on them come the spring. Of course, if that is an option in your case...some may not be able to get their unit to a dealer due to distance or not having a tow vehicle available. I live 5 min away from ours and store it there for the winter months.

Under the prep for the washer and drier it is a cover with two screws and behind is the water heater bypass. 2 Tvalves, turn both and start pump un the front by the kitchen
